Context

The customer is a fast-growing digital solution provider in the hospitality industry, catering to a diverse range of businesses such as hotels, restaurants, bars, and venues. Their team specializes in delivering innovative digital experiences, aiming to simplify and make the ordering and payment processes within the hospitality sector. With a growing need for a more efficient system to manage in-room services, guest orders, and payments, the customer realized that existing manual and outdated processes were hindering both operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.

  1. Intuitive Ordering Process: Guests can easily place orders through QR code scanning, which takes them directly to a digital menu on their device. Payment is processed through integrated gateways like Revolut and Stripe for quick and secure transactions.
  2. Dashboard Analytics: The business dashboard provides real-time analytics on orders, sales, and revenue tracking, enabling businesses to make informed decisions.
  3. Customizable Profiles: Businesses can personalize their profiles with their name, tagline, logo, and banner. Additionally, they are provided with a unique URL for their online ordering platform.
  4. Dynamic Menu Setup: The menu setup process is simple and adaptable, allowing businesses to update their offerings quickly. QR codes are dynamically generated for each update, ensuring that guests always have access to the latest menu items.
  5. Order Fulfillment: Businesses receive detailed orders via email, helping them streamline the process of fulfilling guest orders promptly.
  6. AWS Hosting: The entire application is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
